MEET THE FOUNDER
Hey, I'm Deidré!
I’m the founder of My VA Studio — a detail-obsessed Virtual Assistant with a genuine love for admin, systems, and making other people’s lives easier.
I’ve worked across a wide range of industries including property investment, entertainment, ecommerce, education, and service-based businesses. With over a decade of experience in admin and bookkeeping (since 2010), I’ve supported clients with everything from executive admin and financial record-keeping to marketing, tech support, and operations management. If it involves organisation, problem-solving, or “Can you please just handle this?”, I’m very much in my element.
Believe it or not, I’ve wanted to be a PA from a young age — long before remote work became the norm. I genuinely enjoy the structure, responsibility, and behind-the-scenes work that keeps businesses running smoothly. Over the years, that passion has evolved into a flexible virtual support service that adapts to each client’s unique needs.
My clients value me for my reliability, discretion, and ability to think two steps ahead. I don’t just complete tasks — I help create order, reduce overwhelm, and give business owners back their time.

I’m a systems and tech enthusiast — I genuinely enjoy finding smarter ways to organise work, streamline processes, and make tools work better for the people using them.
I prefer working behind the scenes rather than being front and centre — which makes Virtual Assistant work the perfect fit for me.
As an animal lover, being able to build a career that allows flexibility and four-legged coworkers is something I don’t take for granted.
Helping business owners feel less overwhelmed is one of the most rewarding parts of my job. When a client says “I honestly don’t know what I’d do without you,” it reminds me why I love what I do — being someone they can rely on when things feel busy or chaotic.
