What does a Virtual Assistant do?

A Virtual Assistant provides remote support with admin, bookkeeping, marketing, tech, and operations tasks — helping business owners save time and stay organised without hiring in-house staff.

How do we communicate?

Communication is mainly via email, WhatsApp, and scheduled calls where needed. Ongoing clients also receive regular check-ins to ensure everything is running smoothly.

Do you work hourly or on retainers?

We primarily work on monthly retainers, as this allows for better planning, consistency, and priority support. One-off or custom projects are quoted separately. More information and our packages here.

What industries do you work with?

We work with a variety of businesses including service providers, online brands, educators, creatives, and entrepreneurs. If you’re unsure whether we're a good fit, a discovery call is the best way to find out.

Can you help with bookkeeping and finances?

Yes. We offer basic bookkeeping and financial admin support, including invoicing, reconciliations, PAYE and VAT submissions, and expense tracking. I work with platforms such as Sage, Xero, and FreeAgent.

Do you offer marketing or social media support?

We provide marketing and social media assistance, including content scheduling, basic video editing, design, newsletters, and Meta ads support. We focus on execution and support rather than strategy-only services.

What if I need help with tech or systems?

We can assist with website design, website updates, CRM systems, automations, funnels, course platforms, and general tech troubleshooting.

How quickly can we get started?

Once we’ve had a discovery call and agreed on scope, onboarding usually takes 1–3 working days, depending on availability.

Is my information kept confidential?

Absolutely. Confidentiality and discretion are a core part of how we work.

What Happens If I Need More Hours?

Sometimes businesses grow, priorities shift, or unexpected projects pop up — and that’s completely normal.

If you need additional support beyond your package:

- Extra hours can be added at an agreed hourly rate, subject to availability

- We can temporarily top up your current package for that month

- Or upgrade to a higher package if your support needs become ongoing

We will always flag when work is approaching the limits of your package so there are no surprises. Any additional work is discussed and approved before it’s done.
